All applicants are required to submit the followings items:

1. A non-refundable processing fee - the amount depend on the University)

2. 3 copies of All Academic Records with Certified True Copy (DO NOT send original copies) Academic records in language other than English must be accompanied by a full translation into English

a) The term "Certified True Copy" refers to the duplicates of original documents, certified as exact reproductions, usually by the officer responsible for issuing or keeping the original, or by a solicitor, notary public, justice of the peace or any other person authorized to take a statutory declaration. A certified true copy should carry a certificate, stamp or seal and the certifier's signature.

b) The original translation must contain:

*confirmation from the translator/translation company that it is an accurate translation of the original document

* the date of the translation

* the full name and signature of the translator/translation company and the contact details

3. 3 copies of passport (ALL pages) with Certified True Copy. Passport validity must be more than 12 months from the expected date of entry

4. 6 recent photographs (passport size/5cm x 3.5cm) with BLUE BACKGROUND. Write applicant name at the back of each photo

Any incomplete submission on the above documents may lead to the rejection of the application
