UKM - Programme Offered for International Student (Undergraduate)

What to Submit?

A complete application package should consist of the following items (for Non-Malaysian and International Students):
• A complete, signed application form
• A certified true copy of Transcript/mark sheets
• Evidence of English proficiency (TOEFL or IELTS preferred, if any)
• Evidence of Malaysian University English Test (MUET) proficiency, if any
• Non-refundable application processing fee of US$ 30.00 in a form of a bank draft payable to Bendahari, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (applicable to international applicants residing outside Malaysia) OR RM 100.00 in a form of either a Malaysian money order or a postal order, payable to Bendahari, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (applicable to applicants who submit application forms in Malaysia)
• Certified copies of Sijil Pelajaran Tinggi Malaysia (STPM)/Higher School Certificate (HSC)/GCE ‘A’ Level or any other equivalent certificates
• Certified copies of Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM)/GCE ‘O’ Level or any other equivalent certificates
• School Leaving Certificate/References
• A Recommendation Letter (For International Applicants only)
• 4 copies of your international passport with at least 2 years validity (For International Applicants only)
• 6 recent passport-size, color photographs
• A copy of your University Entrance Exam (compulsory for countries which require to pass the Entrance Exam for entry into the University in their respective countries)
• Any other relevant documents.

For September Intake apply before June 30 every year

Visa, Student’s Pass and Registration
Visas are issued promptly by the Malaysian Immigration Department. Prospective students are required to submit their application forms together with:
• 4 photos (passport size)
• A photocopy of the Letter of Offer
• 3 copies of passport, all pages including blank pages
